- Limited one unit per customer
- RFTO Eclipse ships within four days after receipt of order
- If a customer elects to exercise the RFTO return option:
- Customer must obtain a Bullard Return Authorization (RA) within 35 days after shipment; returns will not be authorized after this period.
- Bullard will inspect any returned RFTO Eclipse products and parts; products and parts with normal wear and tear will be accepted for full refund; Bullard reserves the right to deny a full or partial refund for badly damaged and/or abused products and parts.
